I honestly think that adding nofollow to links on Wikipedia is one of the most stupid moves I’ve seen in a while. It makes me question if they understand communities and spam. Taking an action against links like they’ve done might have a much bigger impact than they can imagine - and it ain’t in a good way!

In the weekend it was reported that Krak.dk demands a $1000 payment from a blogger deep linking to their site. But Krak.dk aren’t exactly saints with their scraped texts and 100.000’s of deep links – including deep links to sites that clearly prohibits it and haven’t granted Krak.dk permission to deep link.

You’ve probably heard about the SEO World Championship already. I’m not really into SEO contests and I’ve never participated in one. But this one is special because even though it’s white hat only it’s probably easier won by a black hat. Here’s my take on how to win the SEO world championship.

In my own words, SEO is so ridicules that people actually addressing it is the utter crap… SEO is bullshit, frankly on-page SEO is stupid easy, right..? I love that mentality and hope for it to be spread, because it’s true isn’t it?

Are you using Feedburner for feed stats? If you do and if you’re almost jumping up to dance on your desk in happiness of your many subscribers - then don’t read on unless you’re ready to become disappointed! The truth is that Feedburner’s ‘Firefox Live Bookmark’ subscriber count is very inflated.
